Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers!

We accept and restore sets from regular LEGO® and LEGO® Technic bricks and elements.

However we do not accept:

  • Broken or heavily polluted LEGO® bricks.
  • Non-LEGO® bricks, elements, or toys.
  • Batteries and other electronic parts.

We do not sort Minifigures and Mini-dolls. If we find Minifigures or Mini-dolls in your collection, we will carefully remove them, pack them separately, and return them to you alongside your sorted bricks.

No worries! We will carefully remove all unsupported objects, pack them separately, and return to you with your sorted bricks.
As additional steps are required to handle unsupported objects, a standard sorting fee based on their weight will apply.

Yes, you will receive your own bricks, cleaned and sorted into restorable sets. Moreover, if some bricks are missing to complete the set, we will offer to add them for an additional cost.

We handle each order individually to ensure that your bricks are never mixed with anyone else’s.

You can estimate the weight of your LEGO® bricks in three simple ways:

1. Use a Scale

Place all your bricks in a bag or box and weigh them using a kitchen or bathroom scale.

2. Measure a Box

Send us the dimensions of your brick storage box, and we will quickly estimate the weight.

As a reference, a sneaker shoebox full of LEGO® bricks typically weighs 1.5 to 2 kg (3.3 to 4.4 lbs).

3. Send a Picture

Take a photo of your brick box next to a familiar object (e.g., a water bottle) and email it to us. We’ll quickly estimate the weight for you!

We’ll strive to restore as many sets as possible from your bricks. Any remaining bricks not used in set restoration will be sorted by color and size and returned in categorized groups.
Our service is dedicated to sorting and organizing used bricks sent by customers and does not involve the sale of new sets.

We will do our best to restore as many sets as possible from your bricks.
If multiple sets are compatible with your collection, we prioritize:

  • restoring sets having fewer missing parts,
  • restoring larger sets, and
  • utilizing as many bricks from your collection as possible.

If less than 25% of parts are missing from a restorable set, we will aim to source the missing bricks for an additional cost. We’ll contact you for confirmation before proceeding with any additional purchases.

Meet our Team

Sort A Bricks was founded when one of our co-founders faced the challenge of sorting through thousands of his son's LEGO® bricks. There must be a better way than tedious manual sorting, he thought - and that’s how the idea for automated brick sorting was born.

Sort A Bricks is a deep-tech startup built by a team of like-minded LEGO® enthusiasts. Our R&D center is based in Lithuania, and while we currently serve customers in Western European countries such as Germany and France, our vision is truly global.
